5. Return Process

  2. Receive a prepaid return label via email

  3. Repack the item securely and attach the return label

  4. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS)

We recommend saving the tracking number for your records.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
